Agricultural Quality Management & Food Safety 3 Week Online Course (15 Hours)

This practical course provides learners with the knowledge and skills required to implement food safety and quality management systems in agricultural production. It focuses on maintaining high standards of product quality from farm to consumer.

Learners will explore traceability systems, good manufacturing practices, and methods for identifying and managing non-conformances. The course also covers internal audits, standard operating procedures, and compliance with regulatory requirements. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to monitor, evaluate, and maintain food safety and quality standards throughout the agricultural supply chain.

Available in English, Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa and Sesotho.

On completion of the course you will receive a QCTO accredited certificate aligned to Unit Standard 116278 (NQF Level 4, Credits: 3).
