Dairy Production 3 Week Online Course (15 Hours)

This practical course equips learners with the knowledge and skills required to implement and manage effective dairy farming operations. It covers the full dairy production process, from setting up a production unit to maintaining milk quality and ensuring strict hygiene standards.

Learners will gain insight into the structure of the dairy industry in South Africa, understand milking techniques, and learn how to handle, store, and manage milk correctly. The course also focuses on essential practices such as record keeping, parlour management, and quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.

By the end of the course, learners will be able to operate and manage dairy production systems efficiently and professionally.

On completion of the course you will receive a QCTO accredited certificate aligned to Unit Standard116310 (NQF Level 4, Credits: 6).
