You will be guided through the full micro brewing journey, starting with fermentation fundamentals and progressing through equipment selection, production methods, hygiene and sanitation, costing, pricing, branding, and selling pathways. The course covers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic fermented beverages, helping you choose products that fit your goals and your local regulations.
